2. Scope of Services
- Private transfers and tours operated by the Company.
- Services are provided per vehicle, not per passenger, unless otherwise stated.
- Child seats are available upon request.
3. Booking & Payment
- Reservations can be made online via the booking system.
- Payment methods accepted: [Cash to driver, IfthenPay card, Apple Pay, Google Pay].
- A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a service in case of force majeure (strikes, extreme weather, road closures), with full refund or rescheduling offered.
5. Responsibilities
- The Company monitors flight delays and adjusts pickup times at no extra cost.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents.
6. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate booking information.
- Smoking, drugs, or unlawful activities are not allowed inside the vehicles.
- Excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
7. Liability
- The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- The Company is not responsible for indirect losses, including missed flights due to unforeseen delays.
8. Applicable Law
- These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
- Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Porto, Portugal.
