🕒 Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time with no penalty.
Full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
🚫 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable, as the driver and vehicle will already be scheduled for your service.
💶 Refund Process
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days after the cancellation request is received.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds back to your account.
✈️ Flight Delays or Changes
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we’ll do our best to accommodate you at no extra cost.
However, if the service must be rescheduled within less than 12 hours of pick-up, please contact us immediately to confirm driver availability.
✉️ How to Cancel Your Booking
The easiest way to cancel your booking is by using the confirmation email you received — just click “View your reservation” to open your booking page directly and confirm the cancellation.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up with no penalty.
After that period, the service is considered confirmed and becomes non-refundable.

⚠️ No-show Policy
If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pick-up point without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will apply.
📝 Additional Notes
Bano Travel reserves the right to cancel a transfer due to unforeseen events (weather conditions, road closures, etc.) – in such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Modifications (changes to time or destination) are subject to availability and may incur fare adjustments.
Group transfers or multi-day tours may have different cancellation terms (see your booking confirmation).
